Hi Kade,

Thank you for writing in and sorry you’re having that issue, please turn off the autoplay of your second video, the video player cannot play multiple videos (including bg-video) simultaneously. You can add as Revolution Slider Video your other video instead.

Actually, I only popped the second video in there to show that it’s a legitimate video source.

The bg-video wasn’t playing without it, I have removed the second video since then (as said, it was only for testing the source) and the issue still persists

Hi there,

I just tried it on my installation and the video play well, would you mind providing the sample URL? And perhaps the login credentials in a secure note.

My first assumption is there is a setup that allow video to play videos one at a time on a current page. But I have to check it first.

This seemed to be a bug last year, has this not been fixed yet?

Hi there,

It’s playing on my end, but only after the browser downloads the video (about one minute and more since the video is too large).

It works well for standard video element’s player since it has a preloader, it can play while the video is still download (streaming). I recommend using small videos for background as they aren’t meant for video streaming.

I also tried different video URL about (1-2mb size) and it plays right away. In the screenshot, the size of the video is about 45mb and it still keeps downloading.
