PRO Header to Shop Page won't assign

Hello! I converted a client from X to PRO and then created the first PRO Header that would be used on most of the site. I assigned it as Global like I have done many times but now I cannot assign a new PRO header to the Shop page and products etc. It just stays using the other header. I tried changing the priority value, I tried unassigning the global PRO and just do the shop but still nothing.

Has something changed in the past year where I cannot assign a PRO header to the shop page/products etc?? Thank you! Noelle

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you have already troubleshot the most common reasons for this type of problem. Now, it will be very difficult to say anything without investigating through your admin dashboard. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
