I have created a custom header using Pro. There are a couple of text links, i.e. - Upcoming Events and News. For some reason when the header goes to 320 or 480 width, the links go away. I have read support articles and searched extensively for a solution. Please advise.

I’ve checked your website on 2 different mobile devices and on all of them the upcoming events / news and weather icon remain active and visible. Can you please let me know which specific device and browser you’re using so we can try to replicate this. Thanks!
Hi Rubin, thanks for the reply. I just checked the site again on my iphone, ipad, desktop (HP) and my laptop (HP). I am using safari, chrome and firefox (only safari and chrome on handhelds) and the Upcoming Events and News text neither one are active. The icons are fine but they are not linked. It is like it is a z-index issue…but if I knew that I would not bother you. 
Your advice is greatly appreciated.

I checked your given page URL it seems that you hide the Header Bar in which you added the links for the small device by using breakpoint and the Header Bar is visible for the small screen, you have not added the links in that, there is only plane text is rendering. I add the links in Header Bar that is visible for small screens.
