Whatever I do I cannot get the header to work properly on the ipad - its fine on desktop, laptop and mobile !
It displays the logo and text (tel number) but no menu and no background.
Please could you take a look and see if I have missed anything

Try to clear your browser cache and check again.

I tried clearing all cache and resetting but still it does not work. The image shows what I get ie no slider.
I have the revolution slider set not to show on mobile as I have done other sliders for that and on the page I have the slider set to just show on mobile.
Even if I change to show on ipad size it does not.

Hey Eileen,
It’s because the Disable Slider on Mobile option in Slider Revolution includes which iPads since it’s a mobile device. It detects the user agent and not the screen size so if you just resize the browser, it won’t take effect.
Please turn off the Disable Slider on Mobile and use the Hide Element Under Width > Slider option instead. It’s similar to Hide During Breakpoints feature of our builder.

who would have thought that an ipad was a mobile - thanks for the info i never thought of trying that - however the menu is still not showing on the ipad and the whole header is transparent over the slider !
the blue and gold bars are supposed to be underneath the logo men and telephone number which all should have a white background.
The slider should then start under this but at the moment it is slipping behind and the header is transparent with no menu
any ideas?

I have been doing a few tests on things and it appears that my ipad which is retina version does NOT display it correctly at all - I tried it on an updated version and it was fine !
