Pro Header Not Replacing Theme Options Header

I have the Pro header assigned to Entire Site but it is not replacing the header that came with the demo content (the header in Theme Options). This seems to be an issue with the latest version of Pro. I did not encounter this issue before.

I went through the usual steps to try and resolve: plugin deactivation and cache clearing. Here is the the site where I’m starting the new build:

Thanks for writing in!

I have checked your site and the custom header is displaying as expected. It is not displaying on your homepage because you are using a Splash page that uses the Blank - No Container | No Header, No Footer. You can check out the screenshots below which shows the custom header:
