Pro Header Not Appearing?

Hello Support,

I am building my first header using the Pro Header builder, I have assigned it to a page (http://www.erith.kent.sch.uk/new-navigation/) and it shows up on that page when using the page builder.

But as soon as I go the actual page, the Pro Header does not show up, but instead shows the previous header that was created using cornerstone before I upgraded to Pro.

I did search the support for an answer and did find someone having similar issue: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/pro-header-not-appearing-on-woocommerce-shop-page/11062 but the replies were worrying in that they said there was a bug within the builder itself?

That thread was from October last year, could you confirm bug been fixed and if you could offer any assistance as to why my pro header won’t show up?

Thanks for asking.

Header assignment should work absolutely fine. Reason why you are not able to see the changes may be because of WP Super Cache. Please clear WP Super Cache and browser cache and then open the website. On my end header builder is showing up absolutely fine. Please see screenshot.
