Pro Header Not Appearing on Woocommerce Shop Page

Hi team,

I’m having issues with getting my custom Pro header to appear on the shop page.

I even created a second version and assigned it only to the shop page in the hopes that would work but it hasn’t.

It looks like it’s assigned in the Pro Editor but then disappears once you go to the page. Is there a setting somewhere I’m missing?

SHOP PAGE IN EDITOR

EVERY OTHER PAGE SHOWS CORRECT HEADER

I’m having the exact same problem with my client’s site - see http://www.wallinguk.com/shop/. I saw another thread with this issue which stated there was a bug with Pro to blame but that was a while ago. Please advise.

Hi Guys,

This is a known bug with PRO Headers.

Please stay tuned for updates.

Thanks

So in the meantime it just doesn’t work?

No fixes or work arounds at all?

Hello,

Our developer team was advised and it will be fixed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we don`t have any workaround yet to solve this.

Thanks for the patience and wait for news.

Hi there

It’s been 2 months now.

Is there any fix? This is pretty bad.

Hi there,

We are sorry for the inconvenience, our development team is already tagged this as a bug in our issue tracker so we know they are into fixing the issue.

You will be notified of the fix in our changelog page:
https://theme.co/changelog/

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Hello, has the problem been solved?

It seems I have the same problem.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, it’s not yet fixed. But it based on our list, it may be available on next release.

Thanks!

I hope it will be fixed.

It really lets downs anyone, like me, who use Pro for an ecommerce site.

I can’t use it on the most important page of my site…

Could you tell us more about the fixing? it “may be available on next release” doesn’t mean anything.

If it’s not going to be fixed I’d like to know it now so that I can work on an alternative solution instead of waiting and “hoping” with hands tied. I’d prefer a clear “it won’t be fixed in the near future” if it’s not going to be fixed.

(and it seems you have known of this problem for months, since October 2017, so it is not very reassuring to be told to wait for next release).

Sorry if I seem a little severe but I just like clarity. I will continue to use Pro anyway.

Hi there,

I couldn’t provide any further information, but all I can say it maybe available on next release since our developer are currently on it. And it depends the complexity of the issue, it maybe simply but multiple issues are connected together which fixing one may cause another issue.

Thanks for understanding.

Hello, just a quick update.

I was wrong. It works. I made a mistake when changing between X and Pro.

My mistake.lol.

Thank you anyway!

Glad you’ve sorted it out
