Pro header no longer appearing

Hi,

I have built a pro header, however, this is no longer appearing. It is showing the default X header. I have checked through the settings with the Footer as that is built through Pro and the conditions are set to Enter Site on both and the priorities are set to 0 (as default).

The site is currently under development, but I can whitelist IP addresses if necessary.

Thank you for writing in, this kind of issue is commonly related to a caching. Please clear all your caching plugins and server-side or CDN caching features. Make sure to clear it and not just deactivating it.

Also, ensure that you are fully up to date. WordPress, Theme, and Cornerstone (Version Compatibility)

And, Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Perfect thank you, that has helped.

We would like to be using some server-side caching /CDN’s for sites. Is this likely to cause similar issues if it is re-added?

Hi @bencroftweb,

You can add CDN’s for your website, just make sure to clear the cache when you made any updates to your website so that the latest files are loaded.
