Pro - Header doesn't load in Cornerstone + console errors

I have a site built several years ago.

Everything works as expected except for the header. The header doesn’t load in Cornerstone and I have console errors in the browsers inspector. The header has an older classic ‘Content Area Off Canvas’ which I had to activate in the elements settings.

All pages and layouts appear to load fine.

Please note that I have cleared the browser cache, cleared the cornerstone ‘system cache’, there is no server or WordPress cache. I have also manually uploaded the theme again via FTP to ensure there wasn’t an upgrade issue.

Hello @urchindesign,

Thanks for writing to us.

It might be the issue of version compatibility issue or plugin conflict issue. Please make sure your theme, plugin, and WordPress version are updated as per our version compatibility page. I would also suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. If it doesn’t work, it would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks

Latest WordPress, latest Pro. Was the same in previous versions of Pro.

All plugins deactivated except ‘Under Construction’ from theme.co. The issue is however the same on both the staging site and the live site and the live site doesn’t have the ‘Under Construction’ installed.

Unfortunately I can’t provide access. Will have to figure it out myself.

Hi @urchindesign,

In that case, can you please check by deactivating and deleting the Pro and re-installing it after downloading from the Themeco Account dashboard? Please note that you should take a backup before performing it. So if anything goes wrong, you can restore it.
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks
