Pro Header Design

Hi,
I want to create a header design with the following format:

I currently have the header as you can see at https://eccbouldercounty.org/. Logo in the container on the left. 2 elements stacked in the container on the right (3 if you count the line). I want to add a button next to the inline navigation in the first row of the right hand container (effectively now mixing row and column stacking).
Is this possible with Pro Header? I took the image above from a question back in 2017 on the forum - the conclusion at that time was that it was not possible.

Thanks for reaching out.

You can do it by adding the Row element and Column inside that as shown in the given screenshot.
