Pro header builder templates?

Hello, aside from the very basic base templates and dated templates in design cloud, there are no options for modern headers. One thing I am struggling with is having a logo be on the left and having a nav on the right and above it, 3-5 social icons and how to then make sure this translates into mobile.

Is there a tutorial how to “stack” items in a header? Simply add 2 rows. Top row social icons, bottom row navigation. To the left Logo. Super simple.

Is there a place to go for pre-designed “premium” headers? (also footers)

Maybe the question is how do you add 2 rows in one container?

You can add the Inner Row to the container and add two columns into it as shown in the given screenshot.
