Pro Header Builder Mobile Breakpoint Problem Windows 11 Chrome

Hi there,

we are using your Pro theme with its header builder. We have three different bars witch are setup with Pro’s ability to show/hide based on different screen sizes. In our case on is for XL, one is for LG and one is for mobile devices including tablets.

We’re mainly using Apple in our office but have now experienced that under Windows 11 using Google Chrome all is cool on XL (e.g. large screen) but after dragging the window down to smaller sizes all three bars suddenly are appearing at once! This is reproducible all the time and does not happen on Mac with Chrome, Safari or Firefox.

Any idea how to fix this error?
It’s not cool for the many of our Windows using customers out there. Thanks a lot!

Hi Alex,

Thanks for pointing out. We have tested the scenario in online Browser Testing Tools, but unfortunately, we are not able to replicate the issue. I would request if you can send any video that helps us to recognize the issue for further investigation.

Hi @tristup thanks for your answer. We have to wait for it to reappear for someone with Windows and to have him record a video. We are not able to reproduce the problem because we don’t have Windows.
