Pro Header Builder Help

Is there any training or guides/videos on the Pro Header Builder?

I’m having a hard time getting the containers to stay in the correct places and with their width formatting.

I can create a design and think it looks alright.

I then add another container and everything moves and it seems a real pig to reformat.

I’ve read the overview but it’s very basic.

Are there any resources I can look at? as at the moment it seems just so unnecessarily complicated.
