My pro header that was built in the builder is not functioning when collapsing. The button does not open the menu below, can you help please?

Thanks for asking. 
I checked the website source code in chrome dev tools. In my test I don’t see the code that indicates presence of submenu in header navigation. Please make sure that you have added sub-menu under Appearance > Menus. After that in open your header builder and under Navigation Inline element > Setup > Assign Menu please make sure to select the correct menu item.
