The background video on our site http://xara.cloud is not working on some users Chrome browsers. Does anyone have a solution for this? We are using an MP4 file.
I’ve tracked down the problem to touch screen devices. Is there any way to disable this check and enable videos on touch screen laptops?

Unfortunely that is not possible. Wordpress will recognize touch devices as mobile devices and video background won’t run.
Please place a poster image so it replaces your video on these devices.
