Pro Header - Activating Navigation Off Canvas Stops Scrolling

Hi,

I have a sticky Pro Header with a Navigation Off Canvas element which is causing scrolling issues on mobile. I am specifically getting this in iOS.

If the menu’s burger button is tapped and then the menu’s close button is tapped (i.e. the menu is opened and closed without tapping a navigation link), it is then not possible to scroll up or down the current page without refreshing it.

I have checked your website thoroughly on my Android mobile devices and Browser Debugging Toolsbut didn’t find the issue you described. If you still facing the issue, can you please provide any video that helps us to recognize the problem? I would also suggest you please mention the device, browser name and version, and also the operating system you are using, which helps us to replicate the issue at our end.

I still have the issue present here. Attached is a screen recording, annotated to show what happened when.

The device is an iPhone 11 Pro using Safari as the web browser. The device is fully updated to the latest version of iOS.

(P.S. A 2.85MB .GIF was not able to be uploaded to this post, despite being smaller the maximum allowed. A message said the file was too large, even though it is a lot smaller than the maximum allowed).
