/pro formats broken after update to 2.4.7

Just updated to 2.4.7 ( after long delay), and everything under /pro is format broken – Cornerstone, header/foot block editors, etc. Looks like CSS or JS issue?

Everything else looks correct. I tried updating to 2.5.5 – same issue, so rolled back to 2.4.7. I was using a child theme under 1.X, activated both 2.4.7 and 2.5.5 disabling the child theme, but same issue.

Any ideas why?

Thanks for writing in!

Please make sure that you are using the latest version on WordPress 5.2.2 on the website. Once you have updated WordPress then proceed to update Pro Theme. In case problem is still there, please do following:

  1. From Appearance > Themes activate a different theme other then Pro Theme.
  2. Next, delete Pro Theme.
  3. From members area, download latest version of Pro Theme.
  4. Under Appearance > Themes unload and install the file that you downloaded and activate the same.

Deleting Pro Theme don’t remove the settings that you have made in Theme Options panel.
