Thanks for writing in! Upon inspection, I can see that you have modified the template heavily. You added a slider and a custom footer menu. Please be advised that the slider code you have added is in the wrong spot (http://prntscr.com/g58t1l). The correct format of the html tags should be this:
<html>
<head></head>
<body>
<your content area here>
</body>
Your slider code should be added before closing the body tag. The slider that you have added were positioned on top of the footer content or behind the slider and this is why you link is not clickable. You cannot click a link if there is something on top of it. Please temporarily remove your slider to resolve the issue where you cannot click on the link. Once it is resolve, you will have to start a new thread on how you can properly insert the slider in your footer area.
