PRO: Footer displays on mobile but not on laptop

Hi Support,

I’m using the PRO theme and created a footer using the Footer Builder and assigned it to Entire Site. After saving, I can see the assigned footer on my mobile browser, but I still see the sample footer (with the Faux logo) on my laptop. It seems like there is some hide/show issue going on with the different viewports, but I can’t seem to figure out where that setting might be (for the entire Footer that I created in the Footer Builder). Do you have any insights you can share? It’s driving me crazy.

Hi James,

It seems that the specific bar of the footer has been made hidden through the Hide During the Breakpoint options under the Customize tab. You need to make this footer visible for that specific breakpoint and hide or delete the other bar.
