PRO Fixed Menu Support

website: empowersperformance.com

After switching to PRO my menu is having issues:

  1. the menu will not stay fixed at the top.
Customizer shows under Header that it is “fixed top”, but it will not work.

  2. Sub menus do not appear

  3. After we get the fixed menu issue resolved, I would like to have the menu re-size to a smaller size as your scroll down the page.

I have watched the videos under knowledge base and still can’t figure these out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hey there,

1-2) I see it’s not working and the sub-menu does not work too. The sub-menu part is mostly due to the Bar Content Scrolling turned on but I see it’s not enabled in your case so there’s most probably a script conflict in your site because the fixed bar should be working and the script that makes it work is not triggered. Please check for the following:

  1. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

  2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  4. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

If nothing helps, please give us WP Admin and FTP access in a Secure Note and also allow us to disable plugins and remove scripts for troubleshooting purposes.

  1. In the Sticky Setup, decrease the Shrink Amount

Thanks.

Thank you for the info!
It looks like there is a plugin conflict with 2 plugins:

  1. Woo Floating Cart
  2. XT Woo Quick View

Both are made by Xploaded Themes

If either of them are active, the PRO menu stops working.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi There,

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Thank you for your understanding.
