Edit footers, edit headers, theme options, templates, etc almost every option under pro in wordpress instead of taking me to the page where I can edit my headers in pro, it just loads with html. I’m using chrome. When I try to load it in firefox, it says there is an error at char 1 line of 1 of the JSON but I didn’t edit anything and I don’t even know where that is to look at it.

To investigate the issue what you are having, we need your site login credentials in the secure note, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

One of your plugins is causing the issue. I suggest that you will do TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT so that you can find the culprit why the pro features are not loading.

I was able to figure out which plugin was causing the issue and get it resolved, thank you! It was a custom plugin someone made for me and they originally said it wasn’t causing the issue but when I disabled it everything worked right so I knew that was the problem.
