Hello @powerlogo,

Thanks for writing in! Your server settings are all good to go. Kindly go to Settings > Permalinks and update it to “Post Name” and then import the Bamboo demo site again.

By the way, we cannot log in to your site. The given credentials are incorrect. Please double-check it.

Regards.

Hi Ruenel,

Thank you for your reply.

The Permalinks are set to post name as per your advise. However, I am still getting the same error when trying to import Bamboo site theme.

Try logging in again. I was able to successfully login using the credentials I provided in the secure note.

Hi @powerlogo,

Please follow the instruction given by my colleague, and let us know if you are still having any issues importing the demo. Just to inform you that, the credentials are still not working.

Thanks

Hi @tristup,

I was able to login using the credentials I provided in the first secure note. Do you want me to share a video being able to login using the credentials provided earlier?

I changed the Permalinks to Postname as instructed by @ruenel and yet it still fails to import the Restaurant/Bamboo demo site.

Hi @tristup,

Please find link to video showing me successfully logging in using the previously provided credentials. Also in the video you will find the Permalinks set to Post Name and the error when trying to import.

Thanks!

If you can share with me the name/location of log file in which I should look out for an error behind the scene for failing to import the demo sites, it will make things easier for me to troubleshoot as much as I can. Thanks!

Hi @powerlogo,

It seems that mod_security is enabled on your site, and that causes the issue you are having. It does not let you call the Cornerstone endpoint to import the Design Cloud assets.
I would suggest you contact your hosting service provider to temporarily disable the ModSecurity for you and make the Cornerstone endpoints whitelisted. Please find the URL in the secure note, which needs to be whitelisted.

Hope that will resolve your issue.
Thanks

Hi @tristup,

Thank you for replying. Please see secure note about what the web host had to say about modsecurity.

And I have now sent them the following video showing me doing the exact steps replicating the issue. Video link in secure note!

Hey @powerlogo,

I see the issue. Would you mind asking your web host to temporarily disable Mod Security? That will tell us if there’s still you have whitelisted cornerstone-endpoint correctly.

Anyway, it is only your web host who can solve this issue because they some setting in there server is blocking cornerstone-endpoint.

Thanks.

Hi @christian,

Thank you for replying.

Can I disable Mod Security from cPanel? There’s an option to disable ModSecurity in cPanel. I disabled it and then tried importing the restaurant site but it failed again. What I have noticed is that I was able to install a few items from design cloud successfully. These include Split Blend, Postmodern Pixels and Creative Contact Form 3. Rest failed upon trying. Why is this happening? Shouldn’t modsecurity block all imports/installations?

In the meanwhile, I have also asked my web host to temporarily disable ModSecurity on my account so that I can figure out that nothing’s wrong at my end. I shall keep you posted.

Hi @tristup @christian,

My web host just replied to me with the following response (secure note):

Hi,

I was able to fix the issue by manually updating the Pro to latest version 4.0.

This is most likely an error in the theme because now I am successfully able to install the demo sites.

But now when I am trying to upload an image, I am getting the following error:

Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy or does not have enough resources. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2500 pixels.

The image size is 1920px. What should I do?

Hi @powerlogo,

Please read this article on how to fix your issue.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.
