Pro Edits Redirect to Home Page

Hello, something weird started happening yesterday. When I click to edit a page in PRO or go to a PRO option, it redirects to the homepage.

I checked the domain settings and that is all correct in settings.

Usually, the Pro Theme Option will be using this url http://example.com/pro/#/options. Please make sure that http://example.com/pro/#/ is not being redirected by a plugin. This could be caused by a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

It’s the yoast seo plugin. I think its redirecting. Could we add a redirect for PRO inside Yoast?

yeah it’s weird… the PRO menu comes up when I type this URL

Hi @ajrenk,

Sorry but we’re not able to figure out why your /pro/ trailing URL is redirecting to the homepage. A workaround to this is to navigate to PRO > Settings and change the Custom Path to xpro
