Yep, I’ve gone through all that. My xpro theme works absolutely fine on my other website, so not sure what happened to this one after the update.

Your site is too slow and took time just to load an admin page. Then I got this

I couldn’t confirm the PHP version or troubleshoot it due to loading issue. Please provide your FTP login credentials as well.

Hi Apostle,

Still the same on my end, could you try disabling the plugins for me then I’ll check it. It could be the plugin causing this 503 issue, then install Debug Info plugin and provide the screenshot of PHP version.

Then please change your FTP folder to the correct one, logging with current FTP credentials points me to an empty folder.

Hi Apostle,

I’m able to access it now without slowing and 503, I checked and you moved the plugins so looks like the performance I’m getting is really due to one of the plugins.

The home page loads instantly now, and the builder/editor as well.

Could you try moving your plugins back one at a time while checking your builder? If it doesn’t load again then the last plugin you move back and activated is the culprit.

The FTP now works, but since we already find out the possible source of the issue then I’ll skip that for now.
