Pro editor updating to Cornerstone

Hi,

We use the Pro editor across our wordpress multisite and in our test environment recently we found that Pro was being updated to Cornerstone, will this have any effect on our functionality like loopers, layouts or global blocks?

Some advice would be very helpful on this as we have a lot of websites that could be effected by this.

Thanks for reaching out.

In a few versions back, we have separated the Pro and the Cornerstone, which were previously integrated within the theme. Now you can find the validation and other bundle plugin settings under the Pro menu and builder-related options under the Cornerstone menu.

So I have seen a couple of instances of the Cornerstone builder and compared to our Pro builder, I can’t seem to find things like the Looper element or Layouts? We have built entire websites around these functions so when we update will these sites break as a result or keep the same functionality?

Hi @TarmacWebTeam,

As I said, the Cornerstone was integrated with Pro and it is called Page Builder. Now we have separated it, and Cornerstone with Pro has the feature that comes with the Pro. Which will not be available with stand-alone Cornerstone.
