Pro Editor, Theme Options, header redirects to login

Hi, I have never seen this before. I have a dev site that is licensed, and when i try to go to any of these pages:
Header
Footer
Theme Options
Templates
Content
etc

I am redirected to the login page, and the login page doesnt let me login. but if I click the “back button” in the browser it takes me to the Wordpress Dashboard and I AM logged in. I have deactivated all plugins to test for conflict and still get the issue.

I can access Pro Settings, Status & Validation. Any ideas what is happening? See creds in private note.

Thanks for reaching out.

I guess this is a browser cache and server cache. I can replicate your issue on my google chrome, when I click some of the Pro link ex: theme options, headers and footers, it redirects me to the login page but when I tried to access your website in incognito, the header, footer, theme options and etc are accessible.
