Hello Support,
This website had X theme installed.
I wanted to convert this to X Pro since we’re making a new design for it.
The problem is that I’m able to install the theme after disabling the w3 caching extension which was causing issues. However the Pro builder doesn’t load. I can’t even access the theme options, header builder etc etc.
These are the things i’ve tried:-
- Increase Php memory limit
- Disabled extensinos
- Disabled caching
- Reinstalled theme
- Created htaccess file again using permalinks
- Disabled cornerstone too
But still no luck. Can you guys please help?
