Hello.
I have been building my wordpress site in Pro on my desktop computer and it works fine. However, when I try to make edits on my laptop, the editor won’t load. I just keep getting the spinning circle. I don’t think this is a plug-in conflict because it works on my desktop computer. Are there settings I should check on my laptop that might be an issue?
Clearing my cache and using private mode have already been suggested and tried to no avail.

Please check your site with Chrome or Firefox in your laptop. Make sure that you do not have any browser extensions that maybe preventing the builder from loading. If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

The only browser extension I have is WebEx, which I also have on my desktop computer. I wonder what is causing the conflict only on my laptop only in Safari…

It might be the different version of the Safari browser on your desktop and laptop. Please kindly make sure that you use the latest version of the Safari browser on your laptop, and if it is not possible for you to use the latest version, consider switching your browser to Chrome or Firefox while working with the builder.
