Pro Editor not loading/initializing

Hi folks,

I cannot enter any of the editors: header, footer or content.

I cannot access the theme options (as they are inside the main editor interface).

I’ve gone through the following steps:

1. Disable all plugins, reactivate one at a time (no effect)
2. Tested in Chrome/Firefox
3. Cleared cache
4. Not using CDN
5. Deleted and re-uploaded/installed PRO theme
6. Switched from child theme to main theme
7. Not using caching plugin

Previous to this issue I have done the following (today):

1. Increased max_post to 64Mb in php.ini
2. Increased max_upload to 64Mb in php.ini
3. Removed bitnami banner using ssh console commands (running on AWS lightsail instance)
4. Installed favicon.png

I am stuck… help?

Thanks for reaching out.
Sometimes the only screenshot does not help us to recognize the issue you are having. We need to examine your site to get the cause of the issue.
Hope you will not mind sharing your website login credentials in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

For what it’s worth, I can access the editor on my mobile device… I’m wondering if it’s something that has changed with our firewall at work. I will test this shortly.
