Pro editor gone after updating Theme

Hi Themeco team
I have a website https://www.giftlines.com.au/
I have recently updated to Pro version 3.1.2
However, since this update the option of Pro editor on the pages has become unavailable.

Can you assist as to rectifying this issue. I will provide log in credentials in a Private thread.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello Debbie,

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your site and I can see that the theme is updated. I would suggest that you update other plugins too. Most of the time, outdated WP core, theme or plugins will created issues and conflict with other plugin or theme generating a JS error in the backend just like what you have now affecting the functionality or features of the theme or other plugins. Please update theme all first and check again.

Yes, I went ahead and updated every plug in and this has indeed resolved the issue as per your advice.
