Pro editor doesn't stop loading

Hi there !

So I just updated my websites to pro. And 2 out of three work just fine. However the third one won’t load the pro editor or settings.
I’ve tried the usual (deactivating plug-ins, I updated my php version to 7.3… but it doesn’t seems to change anything.

Thanks for writing in!

I checked the website and opened pages in Pro Theme content builder. I can replicate the load issue that my end too. Further inspecting the page in dev tools I see following error message:

POST http://yourwebsiteurl.com/cornerstone-endpoint 404 (Not Found)

Howdy !

Sorry for the delay, I saw your message earlier this week but didn’t had time to give it a try until today.

So I don’t think that my host (1&1) uses ModSecurity (not that I’m aware of) and I double check : all my websites have the same access authorizations (Read write execute…)
So I reinstalled Pro, but without any noticeable effects.

However I realized that this website is the only of mine which has Polylang installed. And disabling it does fix the problem. Now why it didn’t last week when I disable all plugins ? Is it today’s Polylang update (Version 2.6.5) that changes something ? …

Long story short, I’m good, I can work with polylang temporarily disable.
But voila, this way you know as well !

Yes, there has been some issues with Polylang and Pro editor / Cornerstone lately. Regretfully, we haven’t found the exact cause yet but it’s highly likely due to conflict with not only Pro editor / Cornerstone and Polylang but also the environment setup.
