Pro editor blank page with latest version 4.0.10

Hello everyone,
I have just upgraded to the latest version of Pro 4.0.10, and now when I try to edit a page using PROeditor it gives me a blank grey page.

I have deactivate all the plugins testing for a plugin conflict, but the issue persists. I also switch to the parent theme but still no good.

I noticed some errors at the console when I inspect the blank page.
I am not a developer so I would appreciate that you have a look at the issue, please.

Thanks for reaching out.

I just check the console and there’s a mixed content error and that’s the reason why the page didn’t load. I suggest that you fix your mixed content issue and you can now use again the builder.

On the other hand, I installed the Better Search Replace plugin to fix the mixed content issue but I can’t proceed because the Max Page size is too high and they suggest that you contact your hosting provider to decrease the Max Page size.

i dont see any warning about mixed content.
I checked Better search replace and I could proceed without problem, I lso noticed that the max page size is set on the settings tab on the plugin you installed

About the mixed content, still i dont see any warning about that. But whats bugging me is that everything was working fine before the update… thats the issue here

Hey @juliana,

This usually is a server conflict with Pro. As you can see, there is a status 500 error in the console. That is not detailed though so please contact your web host to check the error logs and fix the adjust the server settings according to what the error log says. You can also post the error logs in a Secure Note maybe we could point you to the right direction.

Hello,
So i’ve contacted my host and they report that they update the php to 7.3
So I checked the issue and now I can access to the edit-Pro page yay!
But it takes some time to open/reveal the page.
Can you please use my credentials and replicate issue to see if is there something odd.

Thanks for sharing the credentials, I went ahead and checked your some pages the Pro builder is working fine. I would suggest you purge your cache and check it again.
