Pro editor black and white | missing styles

Got a bizarre issue going on with how the pro editor looks
It functions fine, it looks weird though

This is on the admin:

And on the user:

Things like CSS editor load strangely now as well

I suspect some missing CSS, anything I can do to reset this to look normal?

Clearing the cache and the “style cache” resolved this
