Pro - Design Cloud Site Installs Not Working

So, I’m setting up a new site with Pro and was just going to install a demo site using Design Cloud. Every time I try to install a site I get the “Uh Oh - Failed to install site” error message in the top right corner. I then disabled all the plugins to see if this may be an issue - same problem. I have successfully installed some Design Cloud content and a button. Here are my current PHP settings:

Web Server Configuration
Software Apache
PHP Version 7.2.26
MySQL Version 5.6.41-84.1
PHP Configuration
Post Max Size 1024M
Time Limit 300s
Max Upload Size 1024M

I’m running Pro 3.1.2 on WP 5.3.2. Is there a way to download these external template files and upload them if we can’t get Design Cloud to work? Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks for writing in! There could be some issues with your server. The theme.co connection might be blocked or something. To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
