Where is the Customizer Manager in Pro Theme?
It is not in the Overview Page.

Please check in Pro > Launch > Theme Options.

Is there an option to import customization settings?
Previously it was under Customizer Manager in the X-Addons Tab

The header and footer exporter along with demo content is in the works, though we don’t currently have an ETA.
