Pro [cs_content_seo] updates itself?

Hey there, I am working on optimizing seo on my site and have just stumbled upon [cs_content_seo] in the post_content in wordpress-database.

Seems pretty neat, as it renders plugin-content seo-friendly - but:
-> Does it update itself somewhat frequently?
Or do I have to resave the according wp-post manually in order to get it updated?
Or: can i invoke those updates somehow programmatically / in wp admin?

Hey Martin,

The [cs_content_seo] shortcode will only update if you update content in the builder. We do not recommend updating it by other methods as it will conflict with the builder.
