Hello, when I go to edit a page in Cornerstone I just keep getting the spinning wheel. The site and plugins are up to date. I tried deactivating some of the plugins, but that didn’t make a difference. Please advise, thank you!

It might be the issue of cache it. I would suggest you please purge all the cache. I would suggest you follow these steps.
- Deactivate the default theme of WordPress and deactivate the Pro theme
- Delete the Pro theme
- Download the fresh copy of the Pro theme from the Themeco account dashboard
- Reinstall the Pro theme
If it doesn’t work, I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.
- Testing For Theme Related Issue
- Testing For Plugin Conflict
- Theme Update
- Child Theme
- Css/Js Customization
- Increasing Php Memory Limit
- Disabling Cache
- Disabling Cdn
- Permalinks
- Version Compatibility
If none of those work, It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
- FTP Details

Thank you for all the info. I deleted and reinstalled Pro theme, which didn’t fix the issue. But I found once I deactivated the SiteGround Optimizer plugin Pro/Cornerstone started working again. If I want to continue to use this plugin, best to contact SiteGround, correct?
