PRO: Cornerstone User Interface is "Cut Off"

Hello, I’m having trouble customizing a looper provider to display specific posts. The UI does not show the red “X” which allows me to delete specific posts from displaying. I tried Zooming the web browser in/out using keyboard shortcuts on my Mac computer (command+/-) but that does not fix the issue. How can I proceed?

What I see (PRO version 6.1.5):

Hi Kosta,

Thanks for reaching out.
If you are using the Safari, I would suggest you check it in the other browser available. And also check the same on any other computer. If you are still having this issue, please mention the device, browser name and version, and also the operating system you are using, which helps us to replicate the issue at our end.

Thanks

My initial test was using safari on a mac computer. Today I tested on a Windows PC with Chrome and Firefox with the same result.

Hi Kosta,

I have checked your video and it seems that the problem is only with your website and there might be a different reason behind it. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

  1. Theme Related Issue
  2. Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update related issue
  4. Child Theme Related issue
  5. CSS/JS Customization
  6. Disabling Cache
  7. Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Thank you for the tips. Before I continue troubleshooting I wanted to mention that I upgraded the PHP version on my server from 7.4 to 8.0 a few weeks ago. Is PHP 8.0 fully compatible with PRO, or are there any known issues?

Hello Kosta,

The latest version of the theme is now compatible with PHP version 8.0. You may test it on PHP version 8.0.

Thanks

Hello, I updated Pro from version 6.1.5 to 6.1.7 and updated all currently installed plugins to their latest versions. I also cleared the theme & wordpress cache. The following screen capture video shows the same behavior, but as you can see it shows initially but somehow gets shifted over to the right (off of the screen). I will continue testing to see if any third party plugins are causing the issue.

Hi Kosta,

After you troubleshoot all the points mentioned in my previous reply, if you still find the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further.

Thanks
