Pro: Cornerstone not working

Hello there,

I have installed Pro Theme. When I navigate to “Theme Options” or any related Cornerstone Settings, Cornerstone does not load.

Pleas help.

The given credential you provided is not working, please double check and update it with the correct ones.

In the meantime, I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Hello @afinkdesign,

I checked your site settings it seems that your .htaccess file is not writable. I would suggest you please add the proper permission of the .htaccess file to get it working.
