We are experiencing a very serious problem on our dev site (https://dev01.thewisemarketer.com/), it appears to be affecting more than just the Cornerstone editor itself but the actual home page of the dev site we are working on, took everything to a grinding halt with Error 524 timeout due to “issues with Cornerstone” per the host.
- Currently Pro is disabled as when it is enabled we are getting the server timeout error.
- Plugins have been disabled and re-enabled while Pro was active which did not address the issue so it does seem that there could be a process running within Cornerstone that is overloading the server.
- All plugins and themes are up-to-date
- Rolled back to Pro Version 4.1.5 - no change.
- Restored from a previous backup before changes were made to the home page and plugins - no change.
I use Pro with Cornerstone on many sites and none of them are experiencing these kinds of issues, I could really use some help on this one.
