PRO (Cornerstone) keeps spinning after update

Hi there,

Just updated a website to the latest version of PRO. After the update Cornerstone keeps spinning.
Disabled all plugins. Still the same problem.

  • WordPress admin URL
  • WordPress admin level username and password

Hey Marcus,

The issue is coming from one of your plugins. That being said, I suggest that you disable all the plugins and activate them one by one to find the culprit.

Hi,

I found it. It’s the Google Tag Manager code in the header. If I disable the insert-headers-and-footers plugin or only delete the code, it’s fixed.

When I delete <!-- Google Tag Manager --> and <!-- End Google Tag Manager —> Cornerstone works. Does this change anything to the Google Tag measurements?

Or is there another way to implement the tag-manager code, so it’s not interfering with Cornerstone?

Hi Marcus,

The mentioned codes are the commented code, which may be not commented properly. If you have removed it, will not affect the Google Tag Manager.
