PRO - ConvertPlug (ConvertPlus) static opt-in form

Hi friends,
I have my site live at https://smartechproduct.com. There, I have used the ConvertPlug plugin to create an email opt-in modal and used the shortcode in a content area block inline at the bottom. My question is; how do I make sure that the inline opt-in remains visible, regardless of cookie status?

You can adjust those settings on repeat control on Convertplus
