Uh oh. I just get a spinner when I try. Have tried with the current versions of Chrome and Safari and have tried all the options in the common issues post:
-checked for plugin conflict by deactivating all plugins
-increased PHP memory
-cleared caches
-deleted and reinstalled PRO
-etc
No joy.

I have checked the given URL and found that is showing the This site can’t be reached error. I also found that the listed domain in your Themeco Account is having a different URL. If the given URL is correct and not listed on your site, please add the site into your Themeco Account for further support. If the listed site is the correct one, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Pardon me. I made a typo when I typed the URL.(should be www.u-rockschool.com) At any rate, Pro is suddenly working this morning. No idea why. Thank you for replying, if I have further difficulties I’ll let you know.
