Pro content builder - responsive visibility

Hi. I am trying to get my new home page to show/hide content within an element (or element itself) based upon screen size using the [visibility type=hidden-phone"] etc. shortcode. I am having a couple issues.

1. when editing page in pro, i am missing the lower tools (buttons) to set element visibility and can’t find how to turn that function on.

2. It seems that using the shortcode approach [visibility type=hidden-phone"] in text or content element is not working.

reference page is https://mysalus.org/home-new - first video layout is for desktop with margin-left to align below text
second video is to only show on phone/tablet but not respecting the shortcodes and/or do not have the size buttons to show/hide the element.

You can access the option you mentioned when you click on the customize tab.
