Pro- cannot delete header cannot assign header

I just paid for support and up until now you have not answered ANY of my questions

if you can’t answer this one I am going to ask for a refund on support

so I have a page with a header: https://www.staging13.kidsmagicworld.com.au/birthday-prices-no-popup/

I don’t want that header anymore and have tried to delete it- but it never deletes

I have a new header located here: https://www.staging13.kidsmagicworld.com.au/a/

I tried assigning it to the other page but it doesn’t work

I am really annoyed and that I paid for support but you have not addressed any of the issues I have
