I have a gravity form with conditional logic. I have a radio button with functionally a yes/no option. one field shows when yes, the other when no.
One field never hides.
I’ve replaced that field and the yes/no field. That did not resolve the issue.
I de-activated all plugins other than gravity forms, switched back to the parent theme, and removed all js in the editors. That did not resolve the issue.
I created a test page, didn’t use the pro builder, just place the shortcode in the page content box. That works.
The moment you take gravity forms out of the Pro builder the conditional logic works correctly again.
I’m running wp 5.7.2, php 7.4, Gravity forms 2.5.7, Pro 4.3.3 and just to re-iterate this was tested with only pro and gravity forms active, and I removed all my custom js. There is no cache on the site yet, either.
Having ajax enabled on the shortcode made no difference. I tested ajax enabled and disabled in the pro builder. Neither configuration allowed conditional logic to work correctly. I test ajax enabled and disabled using the default wordpress page editor. That worked correctly.
