PRO Builder not saving

Hi, I have a bit of an urgent issue, the builder is not saving the changes I’m doing on the website:

If I try to save the changes as a template, it does work, but if I try to save them to apply them on the website it just loads to 95% and that’s about it, there is no message “Failed to save” or anything, it just doesn’t save it.

It was working perfectly fine, but suddenly stopped. I’ve updated the PHP version from 7.1 to 7.3 but it didn’t help. Tried to purge the cache, but no result either.

Can someone get in and have a look, thanks?

Thanks for reaching out.

It happens even without adding changes, it seems the culprit is one of your existing content and it triggers an internal server error. And it only happens on that page or any page where the same page content is imported.

Could you try importing the same content on other page and remove the content one at a time. If the save works then the last content that you removed is the culprit. I already saved the content as template with name CONTENT WITH ISSUE.
