Pro builder issue 4.0.11

Hi there,
I just updated one of my sites to the latest pro. Content appears fine, however, when I enter the builder, it won’t let me push anything.
The weirdest part is it won’t even let me open the inspector.

I went ahead and check the page then the cornerstone is just loading fine on my end. See screenshots below for more information.

I suggest that you clear your browser cache and any 3rd party cache you have on your website.

Yes, this part works fine, but try to edit the text for example by clicking on it. That works fine as well?

I have checked the section you mentioned and successfully modified the Text. Please find the screenshot describing it.

If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.
