Pro builder is good during editing but breaks on live view

Hey everyone, its been a while. Hopefully you all are well during this time.

I’m having an issue and I’m looking to pick the minds of anyone who can help.

I’m building a page, with pro child theme, to sell my book utilizing a certain funnel strategy.

I’m utilizing a plugin called Aero Checkout in order to allow people to complete their order on the same page vs woocommerce normal process. See example(view the link below):

When I’m in the back office in the editing step, everything looks fine
(see pictures)

But once I go into live view I get this(see pictures)

I disabled Aero Checkout plugin(which I actually need to make that type of checkout from the earlier example). All went back to normal.

My questions are:

  1. Is there a code I could add in to fix the issue?
  2. Is it just code conflict with the plugin and theme?
  3. Is their anything I can do to fix the situation?

One small side issue I noticed that’s different from this regarding the button element. I was creating the help center area(issue only happens on the first button of any page).

Live view looks like this:

But I have it setup in the pro editor to function like the rest(see picture below)

Anyone can help me with this issue as well?

Like I said earlier. I truly hope everyone is doing well. May your health hold you up during these times. Thanks again and take care.

P.S. All my plugins and wordpress are up to date.

Hi @raelbey13,

Thank you for writing in and I also hope you’re doing well, on these times. I’m not sure about the Aero Checkout plugin since we have not received reports that Aero Checkout is doing this issue if it could be just a side effect of that issue that you’re having on that button. Are you adding this element with a shortcode? If so, please use the Raw Content element as the container of that shortcode.

Regarding that button issue, I have seen that couple times before and the issue commonly is a broken CSS somewhere, it could be in Theme Option > CSS, Page > CSS, Header > CSS, Footer > CSS, and Element CSS areas, please check all your custom CSS on those areas, you can use this tool here and address any find errors (you can ignore the warnings).

I hope you recall all the Elements that you’ve adding Element CSS (if any), because if you don’t, that means you need to check all your Elements one by one.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

Let us know how it goes,
Cheers!
