Hi Team
Per below, showing a slightly transparent grey colour for the Column Box Shadow, but the RGBA is showing zero’s. Shadow colour confirmation is on the 2nd column to the right.

Thanks
Sam

Hi Sam,
Can you confirm you are fully updated?
If yes, please make sure you have cleaned the cache of any cache plugins. If the issue persists please turn off all third party plugins for testing for plugin conflict.
If you are still facing the issue please provide your Wp Admin Credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.
Thank you
Hi Joao
Please have your testing/dev team re-create this issue and investigate at their end. An individual resolution for just me (clearing caches and pausing plugins etc) isn’t what the greater community is looking for.
We’re looking for these bugs to be investigated, tested, and resolved (if required) at your end.
Regards
Sam
Hi Sam,
We can’t replicate this issue in our end.
We have done three maintenance release since that version.
Please update your theme to version 1.2.7 then make sure to clear plugin cache and browser cache after the update.
Thanks
Theme updated to 1.2.7, plugins updated, cache cleared etc… same result.

Please have the Themeco support/testing/dev team review, test, and resolve if necessary.
I’ll get back to building sites for clients.
Sam
Hello Sam,
I am another support and I did some testing too.
See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbXYhj208c
Since we can’t duplicate the issue and you have basic troubleshooting already, would you mind sharing your site URL and credentials on a secure note so we can investigate further?
Details attached.
Hi,
Thank you for providing your login details.
I have looked at it again and do some more testing and was able to replicate the issue.
I will forward this to our web development team as a bug.
Thanks
Thanks Paul…
I’d recommend going down this path of approaching similar scenarios as though it’s a legitimate bug and actively looking to resolve rather than a ‘clear cache and deactivate plugins’ type response, to minimise delay in resolving bugs in X/Pro, so you and Dev can move onto the next issue quicker. Because there are definitely a few still…
We pay for the themes, and then take the time to advise of said issues here, for Support/Development to be notified of. Then support/development are paid (via our payment for the theme) to investigate and resolve these issues.
Cheers,
Sam
Hello Sam,
Rest assured that this has been added to our issue tracker list for our developers to look into.
Thank you for your patience.
